Kathmandu jobs are not mysterious. Open the repo. Open the site on a phone. Ask the candidate to change one thing. GenZ CVs often die before that because there is nothing to open. The student is not unemployed because Nepal has zero IT. They are unemployed because the tests they passed were not the job.

Are there really no IT jobs in Nepal?
