Is Nepal's government the reason IT graduates cannot get jobs?

It is a major reason the exam does not match the job. It is not the reason a student has zero public work. Jobs still filter on proof, as in why Nepalese GenZ are not getting IT jobs.

Should we abolish BIT until the syllabus is modern?

No. Keep the stamp. Change the final. Students still ship in parallel. The factory to change is Nepal's IT education system.
